Oceanfront Park beach less than a mile away (0.7 miles), don't pay ever for parking, just take a walk to the beach!! Biking friendly area. Do grilling or enjoyment of the sun. One Parking spot. Touristic quiet and safe area, close to fitness clubs, two water front restaurants, boat/jet ski rental, scuba diving/ fishing charters. Close to I-95 (access through Boynton Beach Blvd or Woolbright Rd) & Delray Beach. Centrally located between Palm Beach and Boca Raton.

This is a studio with an independent entrance, a queen bed, breakfast table for two, microwave, electric burner, hot, cold & filtered drinking water, pots and pans, plates, wine cups, silverware, toaster oven, coffee maker, keurig cup coffeemaker, wardrove, clothes racks, regular size refrigerator, full bathroom, towels and linen, patio area, gas BBQ grill, washer and dryer in unit!!

Hurricane Impact windows and accordion shutters. Security surveillance system.

TV with Roku Premiere Plus with SlingTV and more

No smoking inside or around property, strictly enforced.
No parties or loud music.

Too many superlatives.

Can't imagine more gracious, accommodating hosts than Juan and Nora. Studio was perfect - even has a washer/dryer. Walked to the marina at least twice a day and walked to the beach every day. Perfect location - quiet, easy to find, hard to leave.

Came to town for a wedding… hideaway!

In the middle of the festivities this was a perfect hideaway. The blackout curtains, wonderful a/c and fan combo made it a the ideal spot to recover before the next round of fun and family! The docks are nearby, the beach is just across the inlet bridge and all the restaurants are super in the area! Highly recommended! The owner and his wife are hands on and take great pride in their spaces! Thank you for a safe and welcoming weekend!

Overall good

The place was comfortable, clean, and on a fairly noise free street. The location is close to several restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place. The owner Juan is also always available for any questions. Would definitely stay again.

The home was beautiful. The backyard had beautiful trees. I felt like I was in a rain forest. It was very clean and lots of cookware to cook a meal with. The only upsetting thing is the shower didn’t have hot water. Another than that I would for sure stay here again.

If you like morning walks to the beach to watch the sunrise, walking to the marina to watch the fishermen bring in their catch, enjoy a meal sitting on the intracoastal, you've got two to choose from. Also great Italian and American fare at two other great spots. Charming patio just outside your door. Has that "old Florida" feel. We loved it! Everything you need for a great Florida vacation is within walking distance

Great rental!

Juan is the best! Started out by texting me an alternate route to the rental as we were due in when a parade was going on and the roads were closed. This rental was in a perfect area- walking to everything (if you so desire) ... driving is easy as well as the roads aren’t too busy. Tasteful, simple decor with everything you would need for your comfort. Thanks again, Juan!!!

Great Seashell Cottage

We loved staying at Juan's place. Very quiet. Very nice location. Loved being able to walk to the Marina & many nearby restaurants. You pass beautiful homes/mansions. Nice safe walking area. Juan couldn't have been faster to respond to any questions or suggestions. Close to airport without any airport nose and easy access to Interstate should you wish to go to other nearby areas - Del Ray, Riviera Beach and Blue Heron Bridge - famous diving/snorkeling area. An Outlet Mall nearby w/TONS of shops. A1A is close & a pretty walk or drive, along the ocean. We'd love to return.
