When we arrived, we could not open the lock box to get the key to open the door. We entered the correct code number and pressed down on the lever, but it did not open. After trying for a half hour, it still did not open. It was dark and cold outside. We decided to ask a neighbor for help. A kind gentleman was able to open the lock box after trying for 20 minutes. Maybe the host should buy a new lock box that is easier to open, especially for older guests.
