Welcome to Condo Number 115

Beachfront condominium complex at SUNSET COVE in a resort style setting. You do not need to cross the road to get to the beach as the condos are on the beach side. Brand new windows and sliding doors recently installed makes for a nice and quiet unit.
Sunset Cove unit number 115 is on the ground floor and has a garden view. It is not facing the beach, however it is only a 2 minute walk from the condo and NO HASSLE of having to go up and down any stairs! Sleeps 4 people comfortably (two couples) and can sleep up to 7 people as there are two futons that can sleep one person per futon (futons are compact) and a queen blow up mattress that can sleep up to 2 people. There is also a lazy boy which is great for napping in the AC. From the front door, the beach is about a 2 minute walk, equipped with beach loungers and umbrellas COMPLIMENTARY for you to use and an outdoor shower. The pool bar is also 25 feet from the front door called "Lazy Lizard" with a "Lobby" bar close by. Cayman's largest pool with a beautiful waterfall feature, mini lazy river, hot tub, outdoor communal BBQ/picnic area, kiddie pool.
Walking distance to restaurants/bars, grocery store, movie theater, close to George Town and Camana Bay. People from all backgrounds welcome.
SPACE:
1200 square feet, ground floor and garden view. It is not beach front however it is a 2 minute walk to the beach. King Bed in master bedroom, Flat Screen cable TV, with an en suite bathroom and double vanity. Queen Bed in second room, smart TV and Netflix. Second bathroom adjacent from the bedroom door. Sofa couch in living room turns into a queen bed (can sleep 2) and there is anoter sofa bed that can sleep one.
BABIES:
Upon request - a pack n play with a mattress pad for added comfort for your little one and clean linens, also a high chair can be set up for you to use at no additional charge! :-) They are stored on property and in the bedroom closet.
AMENITIES & ESSENTIALS:
Large private patio with a Garden View equipped with patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers and hammock. Large garden for kids and adults to play. There is no BBQ on the patio however there is a communal BBQ area between the pool & beach which is a 2 minute walk away.
Shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, cotton swabs/pads, feminine products, hair dryer, beach towels, bath towels are all included for use.
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
In the kitchen, there is a cupboard that's stocked with the basics (coffee, tea, sugar, spices, salt & pepper, cooking oil). There is filtered water in the fridge so no need to purchase bottled water from the supermarket.
En suite washer/dryer - laundry detergent & fabric softener included, iron & ironing board.
Central air conditioning, on demand water heater, water softening system, filtered water for drinking which will save you money on purchasing bottled water for the duration of your stay!
MODERN TECHNOLOGY: including a key-less entry system (with your own unique code for the duration of your stay), smart thermostat, cable flat screen cable TV in living room, smart cable TV in master bedroom and smart TV in second bedroom with Netflix to stream, FREE WiFi included, international power bar & USB plug sockets in the kitchen, bedrooms with USB sockets also, Amazon Echo (aka "Alexa"), books for all ages, games, DVD movies, DVD player, Nintendo Wii with several games and attachments.
This is a comfortable and cozy unit equipped with everything that will feel like your home away from home.
There are security guards on premise and CCTV cameras around the property.
BEACH SUPPLIES:
There are loungers and umbrellas on the beach for use, first come first serve. In the condo, there is a cooler with wheels, beach towels, kids beach toys, water noodles all available for use. There are also two tennis rackets and tennis balls.
GUEST ACCESS:
Large semi-private patio equipped with furniture and large garden area that is fenced. Perfect for kids to play while adults relax on the patio. Steps away from a swim up pool bar "Lazy Lizard", waterfall feature with mini lazy river, kiddie pool and BBQ area. From the pool, it is minutes to the beach that is equipped with loungers and umbrellas (first come first serve), outdoor shower.
GUEST INTERACTION:
You can contact me any time if you need help with suggestions on what to do, where to eat or if you have any other queries. Besides English, I speak French, Cantonese and basic Italian.
NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance from the condo, a large supermarket (with a Whole Foods concept) is about a 30 minute stroll away and Foster's supermarket is located at Camana Bay. George Town is close and great to walk around during the day if you want a break from the beach. Camana Bay is also close and a great place to go for an evening stroll.
GETTING AROUND:
You can take a taxi with front door service, busses are always around - they look like passenger vans, rather the big city busses you are probably used to seeing, they run from early morning until about 10pm. If you are driving, the airport is only 10 minutes away and don't forget to stay on the left hand side of the road!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Licensed by the Hotel Licensing Board (License No. A-534). No charge for extra people however will need to know the exact amount of people staying so arrangements can be made accordingly (ie: enough towels, toilet paper, paper towel, linens... Etc)
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.
For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

Why they chose this property
This complex was the first place I lived when I moved to Cayman back in 2002, it was beautiful then and still beautiful now. It was love at first sight and I told myself that one day I will purchase a unit when I was able to and I am so happy that I was able to actually make it happen!
What makes this property unique
I love how conveniently located the condo is. Just steps away from the pool and swim up pool bar, steps away from the beach and steps away from restaurants. The private patio and garden is great to unwind after a day in the sun. The unique benefits to this property is you are staying in a condo at a resort style setting, enjoying the ameneties of a lobby bar, swim up pool and snack bar, beach, beach chairs, sun loungers around the pool and 24/7 security. There is also a protected cove where the water stays calm during rough sea days so you can still enjoy a dip in the ocean.
