This spacious Aranese-style house is located in the upper part of Artíes, offering excellent views while still providing the convenience of being in the town centre. It has 220 m2 spread over two floors, featuring a 55 m² living-dining room with a large picture window overlooking the valley, a fireplace, and a TV, along with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the living area, which features a second level with comfortable furniture and armchairs next to the picture window.

In the dining area, there is a large solid-wood table with chairs and a sideboard. The kitchen, with windows on two sides, is fully equipped with large and small appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and a full set of kitchenware including all accessories for raclette and fondue).

The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with corresponding bedding and towels; it also includes hair dryers. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 double bedroom with 105-cm beds, 1 double bedroom with 90-cm beds, and a very large room with 2 90-cm beds and a large, comfortable double sofa bed. This room can be used as a multipurpose room; it has a TV, board games, and plenty of open space. Additionally, there are two fold-out cots.

It can comfortably accommodate 14 people, although it also has two extra fold-out beds.
