Located on first floor is Master Suite, library, living room, formal dining, laundry room, kitchen-with all professional style appliance, large bar sitting area and breakfast room. 1 half bath off living room and 1 half bath adjacent to breakfast area with access to outside pool and back porch and patios. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and living room. Access from foyer are the curved staircase closest to front entrance for second floor. Split plan for bedrooms upstairs so one can be used as a master bedroom upstairs as well. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Tranquil surroundings. If you love to cook or grill, everything you need is here. Great family vacation awaits you here.

Our stay at this home was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, Kathy was an incredible host — responsive, kind, and accommodating, even during late hours when we needed assistance.The house itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for our larger group. We were in town for a funeral during a difficult time, and this home provided the comfort and space we needed to be together as a family.The location was safe, convenient, and close to local attractions, which made everything even easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are very grateful to Kathy for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Host was very welcoming. She has a very lovely home. I was a little nervous staying there when I found out she lives at the house but she only came by to check on her old cat that stays in the shop off of the garage. There is a nice porch off the back of the house by the pool. It was a little bit too cold to swim even though it was in November in the south. I would definitely recommend the place.

It was beautiful. But strange handoff of property. I’ve rented several Vrbo’s and there’s never been an owner that has stayed on site for over an hour after our arrival time. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Dine in, carry out or delivery available.

Beautiful saltwater (heated when cooler weather) pool that’s also lighted at night for evening swimming.
Large front and backyard great for badminton or family baseball or yard games.
