Located North of Montana in Santa Monica.
Beautiful brand new upstairs apartment in our Italian Villa.
Private Entrance and rental is completely private.
Enter into the Foyer and take the stairs up to the spacious Living Room with , two new comfortable couches which both turn into sofa beds. One sofa bed in living room is full size bedding. second sofa bed in living is twin size.
Two leather chairs with table, Large brand new Television screen with cable and wifi.
The Living Room is 12 by 16 Feet and opens up into the sunlight kitchen. Kitchen is 12 by 10 Feet and fully equipped with everything you will need for your enjoyment.
Hallway leads into Bathroom Vanity area with the Bathroom is 6 by 6 feet and off to the right and the bedroom off to the left.
Bedroom is 11 Feet by 12 Feet with a Queen size bed. Large size closet with sliding mirror doors. Extra sheets and bedding for the couch beds will be in this closet.
Washer and Dryer for your use.
The entire second floor is rented has a private entrance.

Our stay at Piccolo Bellagio was very comfortable, and you couldn't beat the location! Montana Ave and all of its restaurants were around the corner, and it was a lovely 1-mile walk to Ocean Ave. The apartment was a great place to relax after a long day, thanks to its comfortable living room. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was certainly well-equipped to do so if we'd wanted. We'd definitely make a return visit on our next trip to Santa Monica.

We had a great time during our stay at this beautiful home while visiting our son who lives nearby! Sara was a very gracious & responsive host & really made us feel at home. We loved the fresh flowers & biscotti! The home was extremely clean, bright, and comfortable & the location can't be beat. We were walking distance to a ton of great shops, restaurants & the beach. Our rental was wonderful, very clean and the rooms were bright with lots of light. It was also close to so many wonderful restaurants and shops, very nicely located. Our interactions with the host were satisfying and prompt, which we really appreciated. I would definitely consider returning to the property for an additional stay. It's close to my daughter and her family's home in Santa Monica and worked especially well for us. We were pleased.
