Tuvimos una mala experiencia, estando en puerto viejo, llegamos a las 10 am temprano para disfrutar, pq la entrada era a las 3 pm. Me llega un mensaje de cancelacion de la reserva y aunque nos devolvieron el dinero a la tarjeta, fue una experiencia bastante difícil, largo de mi casa, empezar a buscar habitación, al final ellos me llamaron, me ofrecieron una habitación un día y luego me tenía que cambiar al siguiente, y me cobro nuevamente la tarifa, pero ya no por TC, si no en efectivo o sinpe. Fue una experiencia muy compleja, un primero de enero, a 7 horas de mi casa. Y sin hospedaje con mi familia
