While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in Big Sur. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or building. Also, cell networks periodically go off-line in Big Sur.

NO AIRCONDITIONING
Please note that there is no air conditioning available at this property. Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning. However, floor heating is available for colder months.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

PETS ALLOWED
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.
