Well stocked kitchen, easy check in instructions and someone local met us to let us in. WiFi was solid and it was a short, easy walk into Guiones and Playa Palada. Host was communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Where do I begin...I wish Mae was my host for every VRBO I go to from now on! Not joking!The place was exactly as described, the instructions were clear and concise and helpful, she met us when we arrived and showed us around and how to operate everything...a dream host. The home is within walking distance to a lot of things in Guiones like restaurants, shops, etc, but given the humidity and heat that can occur here, I'd highly recommend renting a golf cart, an ATV, a car....something; It will make everything else accessible and more enjoyable.The A/C worked GREAT in each of the rooms and was much needed this time of year. The pool was refreshing for a dip and could heat up if needed. Mae went ABOVE AND BEYOND in lots of little ways to help me (and my two daughters 14 & 10) feel right at home. Everything was well thought out: the filtered water, the towels available, the battery backups in the event of a power outage (which does occur), you name it - it was thought out in advance!I'd love to come back here - the roads are rough getting to Nosara, but the destination and experience is worth it - 1000x over if you have a host like Mae and a place like this casita! Communication from her was EASY and OFTEN enough to feel taken care of from start to finish. Thank you Mae!
