About this property
4 bedroom Rote Beach House
Welcome to Rote Beach House, a 4-bedroom villa located on the stunning beach of Lifulada in Oenggaut, Tengoin, set amidst lush coconut trees. This idyllic retreat offers direct access to a sheltered bay, perfect for swimming and relaxation, with calm waters protected from seasonal tradewinds, allowing for blissful beach days year-round.
Rote Beach House seamlessly blends two architectural styles: two grand bungalows, built entirely from teakwood over 12 years ago, stand on raised legs with fully opening shutters on both sides, offering a unique island charm. Complementing these are two recently completed, modern bedrooms crafted from local stone, providing a contemporary touch.
The expansive upstairs living area, with a new balcony, offers breathtaking ocean views and a spacious dining and lounging area—a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of this pristine island paradise.
MASTER ROOM
The newest bedroom located at the very front of the property, the master bedroom is huge and will provide guests with a comfortable place to get away from the rest of the group. A king-sized bed comes complete with a comfortable couching area, wardrobes, and your own outdoor decking with lounge. The room is air-conditioned, with fans for flexibility. With views over the gardens and onto the ocean, the master bedroom provides the luxury that one would seek when having a tropical island vacation. The large outdoor ensuite comes with his and her basinettes and cold water systems.
BUNGALOW EAST and BUNGALOW WEST
Matching bungalows set on each side of the property, allowing for a more tropical stay. Made entirely of old rose and teak wood, the bungalows are spacious and provide ample room to add extra beds to the king bed if needed. With louvered windows, guests can open them for maximum airflow or shut them when the cool nights set in. With your own balconies facing the waves, many hours can be spent enjoying the views. The bathrooms are private oases, with showers under the stars as a highlight.
TV ROOM
The smaller of the two new bedrooms, the couch area in this room is set up to accommodate a good number of guests, allowing for an AC break while escaping the midday sun. The room can be made into a king bed OR two single beds, and the couch can be converted into two singles, making it suitable for children or singles. The private ensuite is almost as impressive as the master bedroom.
