A concierge team member will meet you on-site to walk you through the unit, the building, and all Base Village has to offer!
The unit includes two king beds, one full size bed, and a sleeper sofa. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare fantastic family or romantic meals. The space is equipped with a washer / dryer and has a large ski locker in the same building. The underground parking garage offers private, gated parking with elevators for quick and easy access. The unique floor plan features eleven-foot ceilings with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The open floorplan is the perfect space for a family vacation. As a corner unit, there are large windows on two sides and a large walk-out patio with amazing down-valley views.
Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.
The unit includes a private balcony, ski locker storage on ground level floor, free underground parking, WiFi, in-unit washer + dryer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day of being on the mountain, you will look forward to returning to your private balcony or taking a dip in one of the two communal hot tubs.
The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both fantastic family and romantic meals. There is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance. If you prefer dining out, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.
One covered parking space is provided with the unit. If you have additional cars, please let us know and we are happy to try and accommodate! Additional parking spots are available on a first-come first-served basis.
The garage clearance height is 7'5''.
