Very concenieny

Everything good except very bad wifi. The front desk made poor excuses for it. Said to re boot phone etc. the corridors and lobby's were littered with tired athletes trying to find better reception to talk to their all important friends and family. Not acceptable in this modern era where instantaneous contact is expected

I AM ALWAYS CHOOSE HOTEL OHIGGINS IN VINA DEL MAR BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SPECIAL TREATMENT AND VERY DELICATE PERSONNEL TO ATTEND OUR OWN REQUIREMENTS ....THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE VERY FRIENDLY AND APPROACH TO US WITH RESPECT AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

Not a bad hotel

It's an iconic hotel in Vina so it was nice to stay just because of that. The rooms are spacious and the bed and tv were great; however the bathroom and wardrobe way too small for my liking.
