If you’re from the DelMarVa area like I am, chances are your childhood summers were filled with family vacations to Ocean City, MD. Those memories have a way of staying with you. And even now, years later, that familiar thrill still kicks in the moment you cross the bridge and catch sight of the Ocean City skyline — some things never change.

One of the biggest conveniences is that you don’t have to brave the busy highway every time you need something. Just at the end of the street, you'll find a grocery store, fantastic restaurants, welcoming bars, a charming candy shop, and great shopping options. And just across the light, the sandy ocean beach awaits! Life on the bayside truly offers the best of both worlds.
What makes this property unique
There’s something special about stepping right outside your door to cast a line or do a little crabbing. In the evenings, I love relaxing on the porch, listening to the gentle sound of the water lapping against the boat hulls and harbor wall as the sun sets over the bay — it’s pure tranquility.
