Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
We went to the address & there was no one available, np email or instructions were given, we called & email host multiple times but he didn’t care to reply. Finally when we called using one of the locals number host told us that there’s no arrangements for us, we (my family of 5) spent night on a road & the next day we had no choice but to rent a very expensive hotel because at that point I had no options. I request a full refund & a compensation for my inconvenience.
