The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Remove everything from fridge and freezer.
2. Close flue in living room fireplace. Place sign “Flue is Closed” on glass fireplace door.
3. Lock all exterior doors and windows.
5. Turn off all heat and A/C
10. Turn off water breaker and water switch
4. Make sure the BBQ is turned off and the master valve switch on the propane tank is shut off. Please scrape grill clean for the next BBQer! Place cover back on grill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hi! I'm from Bucks County, PA (outside of Philly,) but grew up on Long Island. We camped for years on the islands on Lake George and finally decided it was time to purchase a home in the area. We are a skiing/snowboarding loving family and LOVE this area for East Coast skiing. Schroon Lake is perfect for both summer and winter visits!
