Location, location, location! Enjoy central access to all things Park City and many other area attractions from our cozy condo in Kimball Junction. No matter the season, our two-bedroom home is the perfect starting point for exploring the natural splendor and vibrant communities throughout the Wasatch Range.
You'll be walking distance to shopping, groceries and wonderful restaurant choices from fast casual to fine dining. The free bus system is a short walk for access to Old Town Park City shopping/dining and both Park City and Deer Valley ski areas. Hop on your bike for fabulous road and mountain biking, right from the front door!
Whether you're skiing, mountain and/or road cycling, exploring the city or just relaxing in the mountains, our home is the perfect base for your adventures.
Inside our home: Come on in! Our two-story, spacious home boasts recent updates and modern essentials including wireless internet, ROKU, central AC and heat, and a private washer/dryer.
The ground floor level features an open kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and a dishwasher for easy home cooking and cleanup. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table with seating for 6, with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar.
Half bath located on the ground floor.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Handy additions include Keurig coffee maker, toaster, CrockPot, rice cooker and more!
After a day of adventures, unwind in the living room for some TV or reading time, play a game or work on a puzzle.
Upstairs you'll find two lovely bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bathroom; perfect for your restful stay. The master has a queen-sized, tall and comfy Nectar mattress, plenty of room to unpack your things, a private TV, and a lovely bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower and a luxurious jetted bathtub. The guest room has a queen Sleep Number bed (adjust hard or soft to your heart's desire), a big custom closet for your belongings, and also a private bathroom with a shower/tub.
For an additional sleeping option, the living room sofa converts to a full-sized bed.
Parking: Our attached single car garage has direct access to our wonderful boot room/laundry room. Another car may park on the street (unassigned) with a parking pass which we provide. That car must be moved within 24 hours of a snowfall; and at least once every 72 hours regardless of weather. The HOA does not allow parking for RVs, boats/trailers or van conversions.
Guest Access: The entire home is included in this rental. There is a Smart keypad at the front door, and access to a Car Garage Door Remote for your use while visiting. Please make yourself at home!
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.
Other Important Things To Know:
1. Limited to 4 guests only please.
2. NO PETS. The HOA does not allow guests to bring pets; and we have serious pet allergies which are triggered even after thorough cleaning.
3. We greatly appreciate if you'll remove your shoes upon entering.
4. Being transparent: Our home faces Highway 224; so there is some traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper, keeping the windows open at night may be an issue.
5. We're about 3 miles to Park City Canyons, 7 to Park City base, 8 to Deer Valley and about 45 minutes drive to Alta/Snowbird, Solitude/Brighton, Snowbasin. A bit over an hour to Powder Mountain. All depending on traffic and snow conditions of course.
6. This is our vacation home, not just a rental property. We're home here much of the ski season and a good chunk of the summer and autumn. We only rent when we plan to be elsewhere... So we'll greatly appreciate if you'll treat our home like it's your own. :-)

Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! A short walk to the grocery store, shopping, dining, ice cream, and the bus stop. We love leaving the car in the garage while we're home here.
Superb road and mountain bike riding available just by opening the garage door.
Super close to Park City and Deer Valley; and a reasonable drive to 6 other world class ski areas... This location is absolutely PERFECT.
