About this property

New! Peaceful forest retreat with access to hiking & biking trails

If you're seeking an iconic, cabin-in-the-woods Montana vacation, Beaver Lake Luxury Cabin is the perfect home base for your next Montana adventure. Beaver Lake Luxury Cabin is a peaceful retreat surrounded by acres of forest land just outside of downtown Whitefish and a ¼ mile from the Whitefish Bike Retreat. Mountain bikers and hikers will love the Whitefish Trailhead, which is less than a mile away with access to 36 miles of singletrack, several lakes, and all the wild huckleberries you can pick! With 3 acres of wooded property adjacent to 500 acres of protected forest, this home provides the feeling of a remote setting while still being minutes from all the area's attractions.

Beaver Lake Luxury Cabin is a dog-friendly 2-bedroom / 2 bathroom 950 sq ft home that sleeps 4 guests. With the feel of a treehouse or lookout tower, the cabin has three floors, putting you up at tree height with incredible forest views. The outdoor space offers quick access to cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, mountain bike trails & hiking. There is a beautiful creek that runs through the back section of the property. There is also an RV hookup available with plenty of space for storing snowmobiles, ATVs, etc.

As you enter floor one of the home, there is an entryway for storing your shoes & gear. Floor 1 contains the fully equipped kitchen, which features plenty of cabinet space and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also offers breakfast bar seating for 4 and walkout access to the back patio & grill. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy guest bedroom, featuring a full-size bed & ample closet space. Floor one also offers a full bathroom that serves the main living area and guest bedroom, as well as the home's laundry area.

A charming spiral staircase provides access to floor two - the main living area of the home. Featuring an oversized sectional couch, flat screen television, gas fireplace & incredible treetop views, this cozy living room is a great setting to reconnect with your group and unwind after a day of adventure. Floor two also offers access to the home's 360-degree wrap-around patio - this additional living space is incredible for a meal al fresco, watching wildlife & taking in the forest views.

The spiral staircase carries you up to floor three - the master suite. With vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and skylights, this floor is a treetop oasis with amazing woodland views. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with plenty of closet space and a cozy seating area. There is a private master patio with walkout access from the bedroom. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a modern rustic aesthetic.

In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!

Perfect private getaway that was still close to town

Our family loved this place. Beautiful and comfy cabin - felt like a luxurious treehouse in the woods. Our kids had a blast and it was also very convenient to be so close to town. Highly recommend.

Awesome cabin

We stayed in this cabin on our trip up to whitefish to get married. It’s close enough to town to not be a long drive but also far enough away to be secluded. The owner was easy to get in touch with and we even booked another night!

A wonderful peaceful Stay in Whitefish

This was a great property. The owner was very response to our questions. The property was as advertised. We saw deer everyday. We were very close to all of the trails we wanted to hike and Glacier was also a quick ride away

Lovely

We booked this place to explore Glacier National Park. It was perfect for our family of 4. The house was cute with a treehouse feel. The decks were a great way to sit and relax. It was so peaceful. The house had everything we needed and you felt at home the minute you walked in. It was decorated simple but super cute touches. Whitefish was a short drive with lots of options to eat and shop in their charming downtown. Glacier National Park was an hour drive but easy to get to. We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was a great place away from the hustle and bustle.
