The master bedroom includes queen-size beds and the living room features a double-size sofa bed. There is a Den with a Single bed.

You can also enjoy the city views from the huge balcony.

There are extra sheets, pillows, duvets, and towels so you don't have to worry about anything!

The bright and airy living room has amazing views and a large flat-screen TV!! It is a great place to relax or entertain.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. you can go to the close-by grocery store and cook yourself a fresh meal.

The bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries, a hairdryer, and extra towels.

There is also a washer and dryer in-suite, as well as detergent, for you to use.
High-speed Internet, Wifi, Netflix, ad many more are included.

As per Security/Anti Fraud measures, all guests must provide us a selfie with one Government Identification 24 hours prior to check-in. In addition, due to insurance and liability reasons, we can only release the keys to the main reservation holder upon arrival. Third-party reservations are strictly forbidden unless mentioned at the time of booking or booking is made for an employee by the employer. Thank you.


**There is an early check-in fee of $40.00 subject to availability.**

Properties may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am.



1. Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. All additional people must be approved prior to visiting.

2. This is a smoke-free building, no smoking is allowed in the apartment and on the balcony. Any kind of breakage of these house rules will result in 500$ fine and immediate eviction.

This is a residential condo and no excessive noise is permitted in the building. Security will come and remove you from the unit if any social gathering is scheduled. Your booking fees will not be refunded and all your security deposits will not be returned. ****DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM FOR ANY SOCIAL GATHERING OR PARTY. There will be surveillance cameras right outside the unit. We will know if any social gathering is booked. (Fine $500)****

3. Absolutely no smoking inside under any circumstances. Smoking of any kind inside the unit will incur an extra $500 cleaning fee. The penalty for a false alarm is up to $10,000.- by the Fire Department and we will comply with them and give your details. Cigarette butt damage on the hardwood floor will incur a minimum $5000 penalty.*

4. No loud music or noise that would disturb the neighbors • Quiet hours are between 8 pm-8 am.

5. Do not use any towels to remove makeup. Any stained towels will be charged to you after your stay.

6. Not following these rules could result in eviction without any refund.


7. No yelling in the hallways or excessive noise inside the unit.
