Fabulous 2 bedroom house on a quiet street right in the heart of West Asheville!

Baker House is located just one block from Haywood Road, where you'll have nearly instant access to tons of local shops, restaurants, and venues!

The guest space includes two bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), a full bathroom (shower, no tub), a spacious living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, a bright and airy well-stocked kitchen with a dining table that comfortably seats six, a fully enclosed sun-room at the front of the house, and plenty of on-site parking.

Guests will have full access to the entire (private) bottom floor of the house. The owner lives in the (separate) top floor.
