Thank you so much for the perfect 10/10 review! We love hearing that the house exceeded your expectations and that the layout worked out so well for your family. Being so close to the grocery store, ice cream parlor, and restaurants definitely makes vacationing easy. We appreciate the feedback about the ocean-side windows, too. We love letting in as much natural light and ocean scenery as possible, but we completely understand wanting a bit of privacy from the beach entrance at times. Thank you for being such great guests, and we would love to have you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that the location and ocean views made your stay special, and that the kitchen had everything you needed to cook and relax with your family. We love that you enjoyed connecting with neighbors while grilling your fresh catch; that’s such a classic Hatteras experience. Hearing the ocean from the bedroom at night really is something magical, and we’re so glad you were able to enjoy it. Knowing this was your 18th year in Hatteras and that our home has hooked you for life truly means the world to us. We can’t wait to welcome you back for many more stays!

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay! We are thrilled to hear that your group enjoyed the prime beach access, the oceanfront deck, the well-equipped kitchen, and the privacy of the game room. We always want our guests to know exactly what to expect, which is why we provide full pictures and descriptions of the home and layout in our listing. We appreciate you highlighting these details to help future travelers plan their trips! Regarding the bathroom floor, we take water and maintenance issues incredibly seriously, which is why our team promptly went out to the property twice during your stay to investigate. We are happy to report that there is no active leak; it turns out the water was just escaping past the shower curtain. Thank you again for choosing our home for your group getaway. We would love to welcome you all back for another beautiful weekend on the ocean!
