Really nice house to visit with your pup. We felt at home. Good backyard. Easy to find and easy access to all sorts of things in the area. Pretty neighborhood. Finding things in the house was easy and very comfortable.

My teen son had to figure out the code on the door, but once we got in it was easy. House was nice and comfortable. Easy for a dog as the back door led to the fenced yard. Large enough parking so you can turn your vehicle around. Comfortable and easy to find all the things you might need- coffee pot being the most important:)

Horrible-Health Hazard-False AdvertisingBrown well Water- couldn't drink it, shower, or cook & pet wouldn't drink it. Left us 1 gallon bottled water for a 2 week stay. Mgmt company Vacassa knew about the issue.Place Stinks -Bad & moldy odor, whole house. Buckets of DampRid & 2 loud fans in living room attempting to mitigate smell & Whole house dampness.Bugs & Spiders - Every window sill inside had spiders & lots of dead & live bugs. Screen porch had a couple hundred large dead bugs.Dirty - dirty bathtub, coffee cups, toaster/oven, doors, etcFalse claim in property description of "Water View"- there's NONEFalse claim in property description of "Mountian View"- there's NONE.Intrusive outdoor night lighting- shines in bedroom and you can't shut them offTiny bedrooms w/no closets to hang anything, no room to put a suitcase24 hour security cameras everywhere & Ring security 'doorbells' on every door, even the porch- why? not safe here?We Could Not Stay here, No One should, let alone actually pay for this.Contacted Vacassa, the mgmt. company within 1 hour of arrival. They did nothing to move us or refund money despite 4 different calls and 4 people from 6pm to 10:30pm. Couldn't get a hotel room with a pet that late. Next morning began calling again. Finally moved us to a different property 26 miles away, where we endured Bats/Mice/big Ants inside, Toilet issues, beaten up furniture, no dishwasher, cracked dirty stove &more. Vacassa rental house - never again!

Security cameras everywhere outside, with a sign that said 24 surveillance. Strong lights come on at night lighting up the bedroom and no way to turn them off to sleep.
No view of the water or mountains that was advertised - on any side of the house.
