The home is beautiful and perfectly appointed. The view is INCREDIBLE, and since our boat is at Eden Isle, the location was also convenient. The first thing my 20 year-old son and 16 year-old daughter said upon arrival was "WOAH!" The house, rooms, kitchen - everything is so perfect we are considering building a similar home on the property where a tree recently destroyed our river house. The only caveat (although this place is AMAZING) is, as my son put it while overlooking the bluffs, "This place is definitely not kid friendly." The bluff, while beautiful, could be dangerous for unsupervised kiddos or drunk adults. Otherwise, the place is perfect, and the host, Ryan, is very considerate.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is wonderful . The view was stunning! It was well stocked and supplied for a variety of needs. We spent a long weekend with friends and enjoyed ourselves so much! The privacy and peaceful atmosphere is unsurpassed. We will be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing view and executive style home overlooking Greers Ferry Lake!

The house and view was breathtaking! Absolutely gorgeous! My family and I celebrated Fathers Day weekend and we had a blast. We had seven adults and one child. Plenty of room inside and out. The house was fully stocked. We could not have found a more perfect place on Greer’s Ferry Lake. We will return. Thank you Ryan for sharing your beautiful home!
