The "shotgun style" cottage opens to the queen bedroom, which leads to a hallway with storage, laundry, and the bathroom. The living area, kitchen, and dining space are in the back of the home, which opens to a porch with seating and dining for four. The swimming pool is just steps from the back porch, shared with the three other cottages on-site.

This house was stocked with everything you could have needed for a month away! The spot was quiet and spacious for 1-2 people (and pups of course!). We loved the screen door on the front to allow the Florida sun to shine in and the private back patio area. Would definitely stay again!

Much needed peaceful getaway

I was in search of a place to stay while deciding whether or not to permanently move back to Florida. This cottage was exactly what I needed. It was centrally located to everywhere I wanted to go. 10 min bike ride to duval, 5 min bike ride to Higgs beach.It’s in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a fantastic Cuban restaurant. The cottage itself was well equipped, and from the moment I walked in it truly was turn key. The pool was the perfect size for a bit of swimming and cooling off mid day. Overall, had a lovely and peaceful stay
