Location: Steps away from downtown Eastport's dining spots like Boatyard, Adam's on the 4th, and Carol's Creek. A stroll over the Eastport Bridge brings you to the heart of Downtown Annapolis and its wealth of attractions.
Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms have TV's.
Bathroom: A full bathroom equipped with all the essentials for a refreshing start or end to your day.
Full Kitchen: Unleash your culinary skills in our well-appointed kitchen, with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a Keurig as well as a coffee maker and bean grinder.
Living Room: Relax in a comfortable living area with cable TV.
Covered Patio: Unwind under our covered patio with waterfront views – your haven for outdoor relaxation or socializing.
Absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the unit, on the patio, or on the property. If there is evidence of smoking, a $500 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Pool: Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guests will be given a code to access the property prior to their arrival. Guests will be given the code to the lockbox outside of the property which will give them the key they need for entry into the front door.
