The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC back to 70 or Heat back to 65 in the winter months.
Lock front and back door.
Take all trash to the dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours start at 10PM-7AM
Outside guests must park in free parking on Fulton.
Loud noises after 10pm are not permitted. Other residents live in the building.

We had such a wonderful experience at this particular place! Great location, wonderful gourmet kitchen…just an all around beautifully appointed condominium. We really appreciated the king sized beds with comfortable mattresses and abundant hot water for showers. Kathryn, our host, could not have been more accommodating! Loved our two day stay.

This property is very spacious! The pictures don't show it, but the 2 bedrooms have curtains surrounding the glass walls. The other bedroom has closed walls. We loved this industrial feel. Nicely stocked kitchen with two wine refrigerators. Awesome stereo speaker system. Great communication with the host and replied in a timely manner. We wouldn't hesitate to come back. Our only regret was that we weren't there long enough and were too busy to use that stove!!!

This property was absolutely beautiful, modern and very cool! We did not have time to do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked if you are planning on fixing your own meals. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Kathryn was an amazing host and communicated very well with us, even when we had something come up and needed a later check out. I would gladly stay at this property over and over and over! Very cool place and a great location near downtown and the cool little district right beside it.Side note: this property is very modern and dark inside... great if you enjoy watching movies in the evening with the lights down but if you are a super bright house kind of person, I feel like that may good information for me to share.
