The Space:

The sound of waves rolling along the shore sets a calm rhythm for your stay, while coastal light filters across the gardens and out to your balcony. Mornings begin with ocean breezes and evenings settle in with warm air drifting in from Banderas Bay. Here, days move easily between the pool and the sand, with the shoreline just steps away.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. The bedroom includes bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, a safe, and a mosquito net for added comfort. Family-friendly amenities such as a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and changing table are available, along with board games and children’s bikes.



Bathroom

The private bathroom includes hot water and bathroom essentials, along with cleaning products to help you refresh and reset after a day outdoors.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers a space where guests can cook their own meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses. Enjoy meals indoors or step outside to the outdoor dining area. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils makes relaxed evenings on the property easy and enjoyable.

Air conditioning and heating help maintain comfort year-round. Wifi and TV provide connectivity and entertainment. A carbon monoxide alarm supports home safety, and self check-in with a keypad allows flexible arrival. Long term stays are allowed.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
