Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Remove garbage bag from bin near the back door and place garbage bag in the large black bin in front of the house.
Remove compost waste bag from compost bin under the sink and place the bag in the large green bin in front of the house.
When leaving the suite finally, place the backyard door key on the kitchen worktop close to the backyard door. Exit suite through the front door Lock the door with the lock key on the door key pad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It is a brand new house with brand new furnishings. The owner is a nice person with good communication and on-time responses. I liked this property and enjoyed staying there.
Host were detailed and organized. The place was clean and easy access. Perfect place for my staff while running a hockey camp nearby a full week. 4 rooms with 5 beds. Towels and sheets were provided. Had coffee machine which helped us a lot!

Brand new place- no grass as the neighborhood still has construction around them. Overall, we had a great stay! The kitchen could use a bit more supplies like food wrap, baggies, foil. The owner is very communicative and helpful.

This is a very clean newer property and the only downside I can think of is the lack of street front parking adjacent to the residence. Otherwise it is a great facility and the owner was very very nice to deal with.

Yes, it may not be possible to always find a spot to park directly in front of the house since it is free street parking. There is however, typically available parking space somewhere on the street.
More importantly, there is a free allocated parking stall at the back of the house for use by our guests.
