The cottage is very beautiful like wood interior, clean and well maintained The location is right on lake. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and campfires. The Long Point beach is 15 minutes drive. We had really good time at cottage, very relaxing. Will definitely go again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Not worth the money!
This cottage has a full wall of windows leading to a large deck, but "dont lean on the railing because its unstable" was one of the first warnings laft by the host. This cottage is on an unmaintained road away from any usable beach. The listing says there is beach access- there is not.The sheets may have been changed on the beds but the cottage was not cleaned! I swept up a considerable amount of sand, dead bugs and food bits from the floors. I had to clean the fridge before I unpacked any of our food. The microwave was full of leftover rice. There is one and a half bathrooms which needed to be cleaned, but we were happy to have them. There was no mention of the quality of the tap water so we drank bottled. There is mention about watching your water usage however bathroom tap leaks consistently. The cottage is equipped with ceiling fans and an air-conditioning unit in the main room. Unfortunately the AC was not cooling the place off at all. We had booked for Friday to Sunday and ended up leaving Saturday afternoon because it was so hot and we were traveling with an infant. So disappointing! Would not recommend.
