Fenced yard was perfect for our 2 large dogs, though it was a touch difficult to find their potty locations because of the lawn height. Other than that, the property was perfect for our stay, and we had a great time!

Great weekend with our dogs

This was the perfect little place for me, my husband, and our two dogs. The screened in porch was perfect for a morning coffee, and the fenced in yard was great for our dogs to explore and run around. Bonus, there’s a hot tub!! We didn’t explore too much around the neighborhood, but look forward to another weekend stay where we go down to the lake.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Summit! The house was conveniently located just minutes from the grocery store and other shopping options. The neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible. The house was cozy & clean and perfect for our trip. We had everything we needed. The house was pet friendly (with a completely fenced in yard) and our 2 boys had a great time. The only negatives we had were some issues left behind by the previous guests. We did not use the hot tub because it was dirty, the screen door was broken, and our dogs immediately found grilled chicken and lemons in the yard, so I was a little nervous to let them roam on their own. Chris was incredibly responsive and offered to have any issues resolved asap, but for how long we were staying, it was not necessary. We really appreciated Chris getting back to us so quickly and making every effort to fix what was wrong.
