Come enjoy all that DC has to offer in this brand new alley carriage house overlooking a vibrant community garden and across the street from Historic Congressional Cemetery.

Walk to Eastern Market, restaurants, bars, and all that Capitol Hill has to offer. Hop on a nearby Capital Bikeshare bike and ride to the Capitol or the Mall, or take the nearby Anacostia River Trail to lovely Kenilworth Gardens or to take in a game at Nationals Park or Audi Field. Located a few blocks from two metro stations, you’re never far from it all.

This lovely 2-bedroom Capitol Hill carriage house is perfect for your escape. With a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy living room with a twin sofa bed, this welcoming property offers a pleasant stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer and dryer, and AC during your visit. Or sit and enjoy the greenery in the (shared) back garden or community garden.

We had a wonderful stay at the carriage house. The property was exactly as listed and in pristine condition. The hosts truly thought of everything to make it feel like a home away from home. From the thoughtful touches throughout the space to the overall comfort, it exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or better hosts and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this rental! It had everything we needed including a lovely kitchen, cozy living room area, 1.5 bathrooms, and beds that were so comfortable! The location is great, too. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked into the city (just under 2 miles) for the museums but it would be a short and easy drive or uber ride in! Hosts were so kind and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

We had a really great stay at this carriage house in Washington, DC. The home was literally brand new as stated in the description. It was very clean, comfortable, and well put together. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and nice touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was a big plus - close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They gave clear instructions and helpful recommendations, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Washington, DC.

The parking was great. Off Street unit in a quiet setting. We couldn't even tell we were in a city. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Towels, bedding and toiletries provided. Just pack your bag. The owners were very friendly and communicative. It was a great stay!

Everything was great!! The unit was better than the pictures and the host was very quick to reply, though we did not need anything at all while we were there. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I cannot think of anything that was missing or that could be made better. The 1.5 baths was great when getting ready since we had four people in our party! The walk to the metro was easy and not too long. About a 12 minute walk. This was a great stay. We would definitely rent again!
