Enjoy this beautiful, 5 bedroom, 4 bath fully furnished and spacious estancia-like residence with an easy access to and from the metropolitan area. Just minutes away from the best beaches in Manatí such as La Esperanza, La Cueva de las Golondrinas, La Poza de las Mujeres, Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos and El Balneario de Vega Baja (Puerto Nuevo/Mar Bella). Close to great restaurants and bars.
Ideal for couples and groups of up to 10 people. With 5 bedrooms, 2 dinning rooms and 2 livings rooms. Unique stunning tile bathrooms and full use of your own washing machine and dryer. The residence has private parking space for up to 6 vehicles.
Perfect getaway to unwind in the charming terrace overlooking the backyard: a peaceful spot with fresh air. Great for sipping coffee in the vintage rocking chairs or just doze off in the wide and comfy hammock, after you take a dip in the medium sized pool.
1. NO smoking allowed inside or outside the apartment (if smell or smoking detected, a fee of $200 will apply for not complying.
2. If keys are lost a fee will apply for each key will be applied ($20 for the gate of the street, $40 for the elevator key, $15 for the apartment door)
Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

6. Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
7. Do not flush paper towels, sanitary pads, or other materials down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
8. The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
9. Parking: Park in the designated spot(s)
10. In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
