Efficiency is similar to hotel room with small balcony. Conditions were clean, frig and microwave worked, back screen door did not fit frame. Beds were bouncy, but comfortable. Photos were accurate. We thought it was a little better than expected based on those. Room could use a love seat or similar seating.
