Luxury Poipu 4br Villa with AC Walk to the Beach! (224)

Located in the ever-popular and upscale Poipu Kai Resort, guests will love this 1900+ sq. ft. spacious, airy, and high-ceilinged home with 4 generous bedrooms.

The living room greets you with a plush wrap-around sofa that is a great spot to curl up and stream your favorite TV show or enjoy your favorite movie. Sliding glass doors and oversized windows allow plenty of sunshine to flood the space. Step out onto your private patio and feel the tropical breezes, as you enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. And when you're ready for a trek to the beach, remember it's less than 10 minutes to the world-famous Poipu Beach along a green belt. Make sure to keep an eye out for the monk seals and sea turtles! And while you're there, don't forget to stop in to Brennecke's for an open-air lunch or one of their fantastic cocktails. Please note that reservations are recommended for many of our area restaurants and luaus.

A large gourmet kitchen will be the joy of the family chef! With stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter space, you'll have plenty of room to create all the family's favorites. There's even a peninsula bar for two. Maybe you'll even feel inspired to try a new Hawaiian dish, like poke or loco moco. The whole family can enjoy those culinary delights together at the adjacent dining table for 8-10.

The downstairs primary suite is definitely a treat, with a romantic 2-poster king size bed and access to a private patio where you can also find the beach toys tucked away. The en-suite spa bath is a delight with a large soaking tub, and enormous walk-in tiled shower with seat. Also on this level is a guest room with two twin beds, which utilizes the full hall bath.

Upstairs is a guest room with a king size bed, which shares a connected full bathroom with the loft bedroom featuring two twin beds.

This highly sought-after location is close to all the incredible shopping and dining in Poipu, as well as the entire south shore. When making dinner plans, be sure to make a reservation. Guests have the added bonus of access to the amenities of the Poipu Kai Resort, including community pool and tennis courts. It's exactly where you want to be on your vacation to the breathtaking Garden Isle of Kaua'i.

I loved our stay. The only complaint we had was the water temperature in the showers was not hot enough. We couldn’t take a hot shower! Other than that everything was great! The location is a short walk to the beaches and some restaurants.

The condo location was perfect to a conference at the Hyatt and to a stroll to the beach. The occupants had their own rooms, space in the house and own bathrooms, all in working order. The kitchen was spacious and in good order. We had a concern with the dryer the was addressed in a timely manner. Would stay there again.

The space was ideal for our family. An abundant supply of beach gear including beach chairs and beach towels made it easy to enjoy our adventure. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we appreciated having coffee filters (although we could have used a couple more coffee cups). Beds were comfortable and the table was perfect for games and dinners.

The condo is in a very nice area ! The rooms were a good size, spotless, and well stocked, there was even a washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Beds were comfortable. Quick and excellent communication from the rental staff. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go back to Kauai.

Perfect home in a perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location is close to multiple beaches that can entertain any age group. The only thing I would say is that the parking is not great and ony one car is allowed in a pretty tight space. The manager of the property checked in to make sure things were going well and the house was generously stocked especially with anything you might need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning.

We have stayed in the Poipu Kai area many times. We love the location to the beach. There is a long green belt with a path which makes the morning walk to the beach very pleasant. We will continue to stay in this area whenever we visit the "Garden Island".

Perfect for families

Our visit included my husband and I, our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 1 yr old grandson, and our two teenage daughters. The villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kitchen had everything we needed for in house meals. Location was perfect, close to beaches and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was located in an area close to shopping, food and beaches in Poipu. It was clean and appears like the pictures. We did have trouble figuring out the tv (remote didn’t work) but we didn’t miss it…we were out and about most of the time and in Kauai! It worked perfectly for our family of 8.

This home is lovely and close to Poipu Beach. The management team was responsive and readily shared information. Please note that this home is a second floor home, meaning you must go up two flights of stairs (about 15 total) to enter the home. This caught me off-guard because the home is listed as accessible. It worked out fine for my partner (who has accessibility issues), but someone in a wheelchair would likely have trouble accessing this home.
