We had a group of 12 coming in for several days, and the place was perfect for what we needed! The check in was smooth, and Marissa was accomodating and responded quickly to our requests. The hot tub was a definite bonus for us, and was used several times during our stay. Highly recommend this house if you have a large group!

Great place for large families, group outings, golf trips. Set up was perfect for 8 guys annual golf trip. Downstairs poker room and lounge was awesome. The host was fantastic and place was as advertised.

Came here with a bachelor party group of 10 total. There was plenty of sleeping room for all of us. House was well maintained while kept. Close to a lot of bars, restaurants, and other amenities that Reno offer. The bonus room downstairs with the poker table and darts is a huge plus. 10/10 will defiantly stay here again.

The house was great! Lots of space for us to spread out, good linens and well supplied. Coffee was well stocked too- nice!When we arrived, we had not gotten the code yet, but that was a glitch in the system and the host was easily contacted and super responsive.Would highly recommend for a place in Reno.Thanks!

The house is spacious with good amenities (hot tub, sauna) and the location is convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the host communicated clearly before and during the stay.Unfortunately, the experience turned very negative immediately after checkout. Just hours after we left, the host started sending messages and photos claiming various damages (pulling on items, heat marks on the table, cracked fridge drawer, etc.) and quickly requested 2,000 through VRBO.We had noticed pre-existing issues upon arrival (loose drawer handles and general wear), and during the stay a window screen fell off by itself and scratched our car. We were extremely careful – we stayed mostly indoors due to constant rain, never placed hot items directly on the table, and cleaned thoroughly before leaving.The entire drive home (and days after) was spent dealing with these accusations and the dispute, completely ruining any relaxing vacation feeling. It’s very stressful to be hit with such a large claim with no opportunity to respond in person or verify the issues together.Overall, this post-stay experience made the trip feel not worth it.
