Glamping RV Overlooking Conesus Lake Finger Lakes Region Fire Pit A/C and Pool

Welcome to a secluded slice of heaven overlooking Conesus Lake in New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes. Twenty minutes from Letchworth State Park and innumerable local attractions is our glamping paradise. A short distance to over 66 miles of hiking trails, three large waterfalls and over 100 smaller cascades. Close to SUNY Geneseo, many local breweries, wineries, restaurants, flea markets, farm stands, Amish country and so many other fun adventures. The property itself is fenced in for your furry family and has a large gazebo fire pit, a stock tank pool, two full bathrooms, washer, dryer, gas grill with side burner for all of your gourmet outdoor cooking and is surrounded by a few more unfenced, explorable acres. The camper features a queen size bed, twin RV bunk beds and a full size pull out sofa. There is both RV style central air conditioning and a window unit in the primary bedroom. A small dishwasher, thermal coffee maker and full size refrigerator with ice maker make your stay a bit easier. Room for 1 outdoor tent if you’d like to bring one along. There is an air mattress as well for your use. Please note-there is no direct lake access for this property but there are numerous public access points close by. Vitale Park and Long Point Park are 2 examples. Please note-there is no internet or television here. We use our phones as hot spots if we need to connect but the point of being here is to disconnect!

We really enjoyed our stay this week! The property is very peaceful and private. The dogs and kids loved it too! It's immaculately taken care of. The outdoor bathroom and shower is a huge convenience for a family as well. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. It is perfect for our family of 41 very happy dog that does not have to stay away when we go away. The kids loved the pool and Mom & Dad love the covered fire pit looking out onto the lake.

fully fenced so our dogs could be out freely, loved the "shower shed" my sister moved right in! We spent a rainy day playing dominoes on the screened porch. The RV was as described and will try for a return visit next summer. Thank you Kristen!

The camper is in such a beautiful location, the view is awesome and we saw so much wildlife... When the kids were quiet! Which wasn't often bc they loved the pool! We ventured into town to Long Point Beach and we're pleasantly surprised by a craft festival! The camper is the perfect space for a little family. The screened in porch was a lovely place for coffee and breakfast. We truly enjoyed every minute there!

We stayed four nights & our hosts made sure we had everything we needed- including a space heater on one unexpectedly cold evening. The outside areas were great - especially the screened in porch - perfect for chipmunk watching.

This was so much more than a “glamper” it was paradise. From the host (Amazing), to the property (think old world butterfly garden), to the location (central!) there isn’t enough good to say. The screened in porch saved us during downpours while still letting us enjoy outside. The shower was hot. I usually wipe down things with bleach wipes when I do rentals but not here!we didn’t end up taking our dog but the fenced in yard (mind the gaps for small dogs) would have been perfect for her to explore. After hiking for 10 miles up the mountainside the little cattle pool was perfect for my knee to soak in. Highly recommend the state parks and if you go to stony creek drive to Savor Vineyards in Arkport you’ll be happy you did. Things to know: it’s in a lake area so it gets moist be sure to take chip clips, the drive is steep you might want to use 4 wheel or auto 4 to get up easier. This property is on my “happy to use again” list.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The camper has everything we needed and then some. The screen porch was very comfortable and the fenced in yard was so easy with our dog. The outdoor bathroom was AMAZING. I loved feeling totally submerged in nature. We hope to return one day.

Lovely RV and property!

We loved how cozy the RV was. The property was very pretty with wild life nearby. The kids loved seeing the bunnies, playing in the pool, and the evening firepit to roast marshmallows. I was happpy to see there was no TV, so our kids had to play outside and enjoy nature! We felt very safe in the property. The sunset view was amazing with the lake in the background from afar.

Such a lovely little place my boyfriend and I enjoyed.Everything was clean and so cozy. Little peace of heaven.Slept like Angels. Magical hidden gem!

Don’t pass this one by! What a stunning property. Wildflowers, birds, black caps & fireflies. Very peaceful with a beautiful view. Cute little nature trails and lots of space to spread out. A beautiful breeze comes up from the lake while your floating in your personal pool. The camper was spotless, in great shape. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of clean linens and towels. The little bathhouse was also spotless. Everything is fully stocked, they’ve thought of every last thing you’ll need. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We will be back!
