Our 2,950 square foot, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom end unit townhome (Unit 8) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the 6 Pack Ski Lift, the Main Plaza and the Durango Mountain Club.
The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has 2 sets of washers/dryers, high speed WIFI and an attached 1 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear with an additional parking space in front of the garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the upper ski lot for free.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
The townhome is not pet friendly - Please do not bring pets.

Please note that, like most properties at Purgatory, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
