Bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, garden bathtub, and shower, your stay will be nothing short of pleasant. Master bathroom has a large shower with dual shower heads, a separate garden tub for soaking in your favorite scents and a private commode. Enjoy the serene surroundings and relax in multiple living spaces. Close to Disney 15 minutes to the airport, 7 miles from University of Central Florida and 5 minutes from Valencia college. 10 minutesto the international mall. Close to shopping and major highways, while tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The property is a great value .. 4 beds.. 3 baths.. clean inside..great location .. excellent communication with the owner.. only suggestion would be to clean the back patio better.. it was a bit dirty upon arrival.. but the inside was very clean . Would stay there again!

Property was a bit dated but in a good location. Nice neighborhood. The listing mentions 4 beds and 2 twin sofa beds. There were no twin sofa beds, only couches. The grill mentioned in listing was not usable.

Thank you Nick, we appreciate your feedback. While the home is not ultra modern we will keep improving and updating. My check in with you was a key time to let me know the grill was inoperable, I could have easily had it swapped out during your stay, however you said everything was fine. Sometime if something is broken or off the host needs to know to be able to fix or replace so communication is key. The cleaning staff will clean but not necessarily test the grill’s functionality after every stay. Again thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will replace the grill asap. I can thank you for your patronage. Appreciate you.

The host was very responsive. Always answered questions or concerns promptly. The showers were dated and leaked. The TVs in the house we couldn't get to work. But the rooms and layout were great. Very comfortable for the five people staying there.

We have universal remotes for all TVs due to the original remotes being lost or damaged by previous guests. Communication is key as it takes a quick call or text to the host if turning the tv on is challenging. I understand that our showers may not be as familiar to some however they do turn off. The off position is in the center between hot and cold. I will note the off position with an arrow for any further guests who may have this challenge. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we appreciate you.

We chose this home for my son to live during Covid while he attended college close by.

The home is great for a large family or group of friends. It offers two living spaces for gathering while giving individual privacy. A large backyard for games and grilling (charcoal grill) and an enclosed screened patio makes it a good place for family gatherings.
