The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place the towels in the laundry room. All the linen can remain on the bed.
Place trash in bin located in the garage. Trash should be placed on the curb Tuesday night and brought back inside the garage Wednesday.
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it with the provided dishwasher soap prior to leaving. Exit out the front door and lock it using the provided code. Thank you for staying at our place!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fabulous property! This townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many eateries and things to do. It is extremely clean and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. This is a perfect spot for a weekend away or an extended vacation. And it’s pet friendly!

Absolutely lovely townhome. The entire townhome was spotless. Beautifully decorated and completely comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes and equipment. Beds were so comfy and the linens were pristine. A very gracious host. We hope to stay here again and again!

We stayed for a week at this property over Thanksgiving. The property is new and in great shape. It is incredibly well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Fenced in yard was ideal for the dog. Layout was excellent for 5 adults (2 couples and a single). House is at the end of a quiet street, near a cul de sac. Location is near most everything around Sunset Beach and only a quick 5 min drive to the Food Lion. There must be at least a dozen golf courses within 15 minutes. Quick drive to the beach. Sarah, the owner was very responsive and an excellent host. We will stay here again!

My family and I were so impressed about this property. The minute we walked in, it felt like home. Very welcoming!!! My daughters were so moved they felt like they wanted to move to NC. Both my husband and I a beyond grateful for the sense of hospitality and the amazing atmosphere surrounding the home. We highly suggest this wonderful property. Our furry dog felt so welcome! Every little detail of this home spoke beyond words. We will be reserving this property in the nearest future for sure.

What a wonderful rental home! We had such a fantastic time. The location was perfect—just a quick 10-minute drive to the beach, which made our days so easy and enjoyable. The house itself was absolutely charming. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the decor; it felt so welcoming and homey, not like a typical rental.What really set this place apart were all the little extras. They truly went the extra mile, providing so many amenities that we didn't expect, from beach chairs and a cooler to makeup wipes and even popcorn and sparkling water. They seriously thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We truly felt like we were staying at a friend's place. We can't wait to come back!
