Beacon Hill Light Rail is a 5-minute drive — downtown Seattle in 8 minutes by train, SeaTac in 15.
Three bedrooms, three full en-suite bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, and the kind of quiet residential street that makes guests extend their stays. Ten minutes by car puts you in downtown Seattle, the International District, or Lumen Field on game day.
THE HOME
Built and designed for guests who want privacy within a shared space. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own full bathroom — the lower floor bedroom has a bathtub, the master suite on the upper floor has a spacious luxury en-suite, and the third bedroom has its own bathtub as well. The main floor living room and kitchen are shared common areas, and the rooftop deck above the master suite is accessible to all guests.
Note: Garage is not included in guest access. Free street parking available on S State St.

North Beacon Hill is one of Seattle's quietest and most residential neighborhoods — high-end homes, tree-lined streets, and a genuine neighborhood feel minutes from the city center.
