We needed something relatively close to UF stadium that would accommodate a group of us (and of course I was late to the game with booking accommodations). It was an easy drive to the stadium and we also fit in a day of tubing at a Ginnie Springs. The property is as described, we were fine with it as we live in a country/farm setting and are used to this type of environment. Gravel drive with grass parking, chickens free roam on property. Farm fresh eggs and honey were provided! Penny's communication was excellent and the stay was greatly appreciated.
