This beautiful beachfront apartment in Marbella located in one of the most secure neighborhoods in Cartagena. This apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with view of the ocean), 2 bathrooms (one of them with an ocean view), kitchen, living/dining room, large balcony, and laundry. This is ideal for 2 to 5 people. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi and hot water. The building has all the amenities: Pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, gymnasium and game area.

Our apartment offers the perfect combination for tourists who visit the city since its located in front of one of the largest beaches of the city in the neighborhood of Marbella, close to the historical center and has all the necessary amenities making it the perfect place to rest, visit and enjoy. If you also wish to work, we have high-speed Internet access.
The building has 24-hour security and Marbella is one of the safest neighborhoods in the city.
This apartment is spacious and features two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with one twin-size bed and one double bed, as well as two bathrooms. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room and a laundry room.
The main bedroom, one bathroom, and the living room have ocean views. We also have a spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets around on the hammock or chairs.
Both bathrooms and the kitchen have hot water, 3 air conditioning units (one in each bedroom and one in the living/dining room), high-speed Internet & Wi-Fi, a washer, and dryer.
The apartment has a safety deposit box, hair dryer, cable TV in the master bedroom (there is also a small monitor in the second bedroom where you can watch cable TV from) and an iron.
The kitchen is completely equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, water heater, etc.
The apartment has its own garage.
The apartment is equipped with linens, bathroom towels and beach towels, soap, shampoo and basic necessities when you arrive.
If you wish to relax and visit the city, this apartment is ideal for you. It’s located in a quiet and secure area of the city, close to the historical center and it is very comfortable. You can also enjoy the beachfront access and all the amenities available in the building:
-> Infinite pool, children’s pool, 2 jacuzzis, dry and humid saunas, gymnasium and a play area for kids.
The building is new and all the common areas are in excellent conditions.
If you have business to attend, this is the ideal place to work and relax at the beach and the pool.
Couples, families, and groups of friends are welcome at our apartment, as long as the house regulations are met and bothersome noise levels and disturbances are avoided.
If you are traveling with children, they have their own pool and play area. Please keep in mind that the apartment is located on a high level so we ask that you take the necessary precautions when kids are near the balcony.

The rental includes the use of the common areas: adult pool, children’s pool, lounge chairs, 2 jacuzzis, humid and dry saunas, gymnasium, terraces and a park with games for children.
Guests can also use the BBQ area. All they need to do is reserve this area 48 hours ahead of time and respect the rules of the building. The cost is 30.000 Columbian pesos destined for cleaning the area after each use (this is paid directly to the building manager).
Note: The pool is closed on two Tuesdays out of the month in order to clean and maintain it. The rest of the days the pools are open from 10AM to 7PM.
The building has 3 elevators and an electrical plant that ensures energy supply to the building should the external electrical supply be cut.

Regarding the location of the apartment, it’s located in the Marbella neighborhood on the Santander Avenue, which is one of the main avenues of the city. This is the access road to the city if you arrive by plane.
Marbella is one of the most secure and peaceful neighborhoods in the city.
There is a small supermarket one block away from the building where you can find everything you need for your stay. Should you need a larger supermarket, one is located 7 blocks away. Small shops are also located behind the building.
Nearby restaurants are on the beach where you can rent sunshades and beach chairs.

Taxis are available on the Santander Avenue and you can ask the building security guards to request a taxi for you. They can register the taxi that picks you up at the apartment.
If you wish to use the busses, they pass by the Santander Avenue and the Transcaribe has a stop a few meters away from the building. This is a modern and secure bus with air conditioning that takes you quickly to the historic center, Bocagrande or the city’s shopping centers.
The apartment is close to the airport and takes 7 minutes by taxi or car and 5 minutes away from the historic center by taxi or car (if you prefer to walk to the center, it should take you around 15 or 20 minutes).
Uber is also available in the city.
