The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across two floors:

Main Floor (Included): Sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also have access to the laundry room, a spacious dining area, and the relaxing backyard—perfect for adults to unwind and kids to play.
Downstairs Add-On Suite: For larger groups or added privacy, the downstairs suite is available for an additional fee. This private area sleeps 4 more guests and features a large living/game room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. The suite is accessed through a lockable door, offering flexibility and comfort for any group size.
Unwind on the scenic balconies with stunning Crestline mountain views, or take advantage of the spacious backyard for outdoor relaxation. With parking for 4 cars in front of the house and 1 in the garage, you’ll have plenty of room for vehicles.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the main floor of the villa, which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and access to the relaxing backyard. The outdoor areas feature spacious patios and seating areas, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the serene mountain views.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SUITE
For larger groups or additional privacy, the downstairs suite is available as an add-on for an extra fee. This private area includes a bedroom, bathroom, large living/game room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette. The suite is accessible via a lockable door, offering flexibility for your group size.

The garage is also available for your convenience, with parking for one vehicle, in addition to space for 4 cars in the driveway.
Other things to note
Parking Regulations:
Please note that street parking is not allowed. Guests may park up the left-side driveway as well as in front of the garage. The driveway provides ample parking space for your vehicles, ensuring a smooth and convenient arrival.

Noise Ordinance and Quiet Hours:
Crestline has strict noise ordinances in place to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone in the community. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, during which time excessive noise is prohibited. Please be mindful of your volume, especially outdoors or when using the game room. Excessive noise may result in fines from the local authorities.

Strict No Parties Policy:
While this spacious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, we kindly ask that you respect our strict no parties policy. We understand that gatherings with family and friends may create some natural noise, and that’s completely fine. However, large or disruptive parties are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy aligns with the local noise ordinances and ensures a positive experience for both our guests and the surrounding community.
