Nicely appointed home with both living & family room water views. Home has been totally remodeled and everything is NEW! From cabinets to appliances - It's like a brand new home. Some furnishings are not exactly as pictured as we have changed a few things out. Dining table seats 6 and extra seating at kitchen counter. Master has king bed, private bath and TV. Second BR has queen. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware & staples. 4 kayaks you can launch from dock and paddle out for sunsets. Beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrella, sand buggy, insulated drinkware and lounge chairs. Screened lanai. Plenty of parking. Big screen TV with Spectrum and Apple TV. Wifi. Laundry soap, dish soap, bath soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Help yourself to anything in the home or kitchen (other than the locked owners closet in master bedroom). Laundry room is indoor (not in garage). Dogs but NO CATS (allergies)

Very nice with 2 living rooms and a screened in porch that was so nice to sit in and listen to the birds! It was a perfect spot for us to stay! Vicky is a great owner to get ahold of!

I live in Michigan. One of the most beautiful places to enjoy the summer. I love hosting people n my home as I love to entertains this gives me the opportunity to share my beautiful home with others without being there!

Why they chose this property

We love Sea Ranch as it is a very friendly area and so many restaurants and bars are walking distance. We love to drive our golf cart around but unfortunate our insurance will not allow guest use.

What makes this property unique

Our home is much larger than most in the area. We also allow dogs and most will not. This is my second home so our kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, high end cutlery and lots of gadgets. Our beds are high end also for our (and your) comfort. My cleaning lady is the BOMB and I always get great feedback on how clean my home is.
