Welcome to 122 Franklin Ave in Seaside Height! Enjoy what this 3-bedroom, upper floor unit of a two family house, has to offer. This delightful property features 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, WiFi, and AC. We are located two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. We offer one parking pass and three beach badges. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house! We are a family friendly host and require the primary renter to be a minimum of 25 years of age. Linens are not included. This unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. We are raising the third generation of Seaside lovers and are grateful to provide a place for you to make memories with your family! We are happy to answer any questions regarding the house or things to do in town!
