It was very nice property. The house with clean but there were stains on the carpet which is noticeable otherwise good area and would come back again,

Great location. Property was spotless. Only three comments: 1) the sliding glass door lock is hard to lock, it’s not broken as was stated in an earlier review 2) the upstairs bedroom has a bed with television, picture on website showed a couch and desk. 3) master bedroom does not have a dresser but a shelf cabinet. Suggest swapping out the dresser from bedroom number 2 or 4 into master bedroom where it is more appropriate. VARE PROPERTY mgmt was excellent and responsive

All kinds of issues. The management company was very responsive, but the Wi-Fi password and username did not match. What was inside in the folder. Very frustrating. The televisions were very difficult to work. The next day somebody from the management company came to show us how to use them. Very antiquated two clickers which were very annoying. The thermostat was set very cold and we had to have the management company reset it. Were too many issues, but the management company did respond. Very timely. The unit needs to update their televisions and check in information.
