A unique third floor 2 bedroom condo with a private sundeck to lay out, enjoy the day and relax watching the sunset. (3rd floor - no elevator)

***Please READ****: this condo is a bit dated. Window treatment & all furnishings are older, we like to ensure guests know this before booking. Please see the pictures. This unit has a rare, private roof top balcony - it is the best feature!! We have many units in the same building that are fresh and updated, but this is not one of them. The price reflects this. It's a good deal for an older unit. If you want modern & updated, we can give you other units in the building to check out for a little more money. If you are okay with 'retro beachy cottage style, no frills, staying at grandma's old beach condo that's a bit out dated' then this place will work fine. No frills people that like camping are a fan of this unit. It definitely does the job for a family beach vacation on a budget.

Retro beachy vibe condo with cable TV and Wi-fi included. Great views, location and large private sundeck. A queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. Magnificent Gulf of Mexico views from the living room and private sundeck. All linens & towels are included. The kitchen has dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. The private deck has plenty of room to watch the activities at the pool and the beach.

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Beach is located across the few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is building 200.

Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals.
Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.

The condo is quite rustic, but very comfortable and clean!! Felt like my Mamaws house with the rustic quality and welcoming feeling!! We had 6 with us and although it was small, we all felt comfortable and never felt like we were on top of each other!! We plan to rent it again for our vacation next summer!!

As described definitely needs updating. However, everything was in working order and it is a perfect location for a beach vacation. Ideal view, loved the private sun deck and walking distance to a wide range of restaurants. Had an awesome stay and would definitely return.

Awesome place across the street from beautiful St Pete beach

My family and I took advantage of the remote work and virtual learning this year and stayed over a month here. We loved the location and the huge balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. The host Roger was very helpful and easy to talk to. As mentioned in the description, the unit is outdated, but that was fine considering the low price. We’d definitely like to come back.

VRBO Customer Service is great!

Do not rent this place. It is a 3rd floor walk up and there has not been any maintenance on the unit ever. There was a very strong mold smell and the place is filthy. VRBO was great at helping us communicate with the host and, we did not stay at this property after seeing the condition. Public beach access is right there and parking was great.
