Due to health code regulations, we regret that dogs, except for service dogs, are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, except as passing through. Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, and the designated outdoor dog park located on property. Your dog cannot be left unattended in your room at any time . Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times when he/she is in the Hotel or on the Hotel property unless it is in your room . Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your dog on Hotel property. Dog relief areas are available north side of Zen garden with waste disposal dispensers. Dogs must be fully house trained. We understand that accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If an accident should occur, please call our Housekeeping department immediately so we may try to prevent any permanent damage.

We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.
All rooms have air conditioning. Please note the air conditioner does not work if windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.
Hotel is entirely NON-SMOKING. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of $ 300.00 according to the Nevada Law: NRS 202.2483- Nevada (NO Smoking Laws).

For your convenience hotel has arranged the parking in front of the hotel. Hotel takes NO responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking. You will receive a parking permit with your room number upon check in.
For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, All damages will be charged to your card.
All departures after 11 a.m. will be considered as late departure and additional cost of $50.00 per hour will be applied to Guest’s hotel account. If departure is after 6 p.m. an extra night including breakfast, will be charged.
Please check for details with Concierge Office. If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to checkout earlier, it is necessary to inform concierge office 24hrs prior to departure. Otherwise, full night stay with breakfast will be charged. In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.
In case of fire alarm, please evacuate your room immediately and gather in the parking lot for further instructions.
Guest removes any room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, robes etc.) Hotel will charge for all missing items.
