You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
• A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in.

A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Please be advised that reservations do not include daily housekeeping, however the state of Nevada mandates that starting on 8/31/2020, Wyndham provides daily housekeeping (a full clean service for a fee) for the duration of your stay. You have the option to decline the daily housekeeping at check-in. If you decline, you will not be charged for daily housekeeping at check-in. • The cost of daily housekeeping varies by room type as follows: $75 per night for a 1 bedroom suite.

Smoking of any kind in the room will result in a non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. •

Oversized vehicles are not permitted. •

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.


The resort will be undergoing a water pump and pipe replacement project from Dec. 1 - 4, 2024. During this time, tower 3 will be impacted. Additionally, noise, odor and contractors onsite maybe experienced. Dates are subject to change
