We stayed here for my grandson’s graduation from Fort Jackson, it was a very good location to the base. The place was very nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable after a very busy 2 days. I would recommend anyone going that this place would be a great place to stay
We stayed here for our son’s army graduation at Fort Jackson. This home is super close to The base. It is very clean and large family friendly. If we are ever in South Carolina again, we will definitely be booking with this property.
Overall enjoyed our stay. My wife and kids loved it and it was the getaway we needed. I would recommend this place to any of my friends visiting the Columbia area!
Overall the place was great. Only drawback was the construction going on behind it which could not be helped, made for fun parking! Very clean, mgmt was very accessible and check in check out was great.
Perfect location for visiting my son at Fort Jackson. It’s literally down the road and close to downtown.
The house was exactly what we needed for mom, dad, both grandmas, brother, and sister in law for a nice and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Columbia.
We enjoyed the house a lot. The beds were comfortable, the spaces were roomy and everything was pretty self explanatory. My only frustration was the lack of drinkware and pans. We only had one large skillet, 3 cups, and one decent sized bowl to mix pancake batter in.
The property was excellent. The dishes was very dirty and it would of been nice if tvs were in the bedrooms. Overall stay was great!! A park was in distance walk and convenient stores.
House was nice and clean upon arrival. We came down to visit our soldier who was graduating basic training at Fort Jackson. We were only 15 min from the base, which made travel back and forth convenient. The house itself was 2 stories, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Living room and kitchen was big enough for everyone to move around. Overall, it was a good experience.
The house was brand new and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was close to downtown which was nice. The neighborhood has some run down housing near by but we felt safe.
Overall happy with staying in this brand new home vs hotel on a busy Parent's weekend; efficient & clean. It was very nice having access to a full kitchen with large table, washer/dryer in laundry room and attached garage was a bonus. The field behind the house was peaceful and full of geese one morning; will likely be developed when we return.
We stayed while waiting for a home at Jackson. It’s about 10-15 min away. It’s close to everything you’d need. Starbucks right up the road! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the construction and the yard isn’t fenced but otherwise everything else was great!

Property description needs to be reviewed
The property manager was very helpful. However the house is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. We did not stay here and would recommend the pictures be retaken as the furniture is different and a lot of stains in the carpet. It’s no longer a new build. Lot of wear and tear of the house. The towels on the bed were still wet.
We requested a cancellation of our 2 night stay within 3 minutes of our booking prior to any funds being taken and they refused.
Once we arrived, we were not comfortable with the surrounding community and they still refused any refund. We left a day early and didn’t spend our second night in the home.
The house is nice. The living room furniture are very uncomfortable futons. One bedroom upstairs has beds that are falling apart.

We Regret Staying Here
First the good, this is very close to Fort Jackson and the beds are comfortable when they don't fall out from under you. Unfortunately, the negatives are so much longer. The stairs to the upstairs were filthy, as were many other things: the oven top, bathroom mirror, blinds, and my mother's nightstand was full of fake fingernail clippings (shudder). The next day, they asked to come in to fix the issues, we said no. They came in anyway and then lied about it. It was SO creepy. Also, most all of the towels were in a wet ball in the dryer when we got there, and the dryer is so old that it took 2 days to get them dry (we stayed 3) so we didn't have hand towels and only 2 of the 6 of us had real towels. I had to keep the dryer going every time we were home to get that mess to dry. The house is dingy and poorly stocked. It was embarrassing to have rented it for my son's graduation from basic training and taken my parents there. There were so many issues - A towel bar fell out of the wall and almost took a foot off, I sat down to put shoes on and the bed collapsed out from under me, almost pitching me into a glass window (the bed frame wasn't even connected). It started to feel like a house of horrors. The owners and managers were aggressive: messaging constantly and being demanding, then getting mad when I didn't drop everything to send photos in a different format or write out long descriptions. I only had so much time with my son, a VRBO shouldn't take so much of it!!
