Located in the quiet Dave Brown Autumn Hills 3 subdivision of Paradise Valley (Phoenix), this private desert escape blends peaceful suburban vibes with fast access to shopping, dining, golf, hiking, and entertainment hotspots like Desert Ridge and Kierland Commons.

Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living area, billiards, a PS4, board games, and fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming. Outside, unwind in the heated hot tub, lounge by the unheated saltwater pool, gather around the fire pit, or fire up the BBQ on your private patio—your own slice of sunny Arizona.

We personally host and care for this home, and it’s thoroughly cleaned and thoughtfully prepared for each guest. We take pride in creating a comfortable, memorable stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
LEAVE USED TOWELS IN LAUNDRY BASKETS OR BATHROOM FLOORS LEAVE BEDS UNMADE LOG OFF ACCOUNTS ON SMART TV
For security, cameras are at the front of the house, both side gates, the patio, the garage, and the pool. The front and garage door smart locks have photo-only cameras (no video).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties No smoking, vaping, cigarettes
No tampering with the router, Wi-Fi, cameras, and smoke detectors.
The garage is for parking only. Activities such as oil changes, car washing, or any kind of vehicle maintenance are not permitted. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family states that this house is their dream home. We enjoyed playing pool and going swimming at north playin on night swimming. We also appreciated the kitchen having all the utensils, dishes and pots and pans we needed. We had everything we needed so we could just enjoy our time with each other. I highly recommend staying here!!!

This house was a dream! Words cannot express the comfort and familiarity we felt in this home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook amazing meals. We especially loved the backyard with the fire pit and the amazing hot tub – perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with its own unique charm. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the modern amenities made our stay incredibly convenient. Every penny spent was well worth it for the most comfortable and pleasant trip. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The host is also incredibly responsive. Thank you!
